These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and responsibilities of affiliates wishing to participate in the Motion Designers Academy LLC Affiliate Program.
Participation in this program constitutes acceptance of the terms detailed below.
1.1 To become an affiliate, you must be at least 18 years old and complete the registration process on our platform.
1.2 Motion Designers Academy reserves the right to accept or reject any affiliate application without providing an explanation.
2.1 Standard commission rate: The affiliate will receive a 10% commission on the sales generated through their affiliate links.
- 2.2 Renewal commission: If a client referred by an affiliate renews their subscription, the affiliate will receive the 10% commission again.
- 2.3 Performance bonus: The affiliate may receive an additional 3% bonus to the standard commission if exceptional results are achieved in the early stages of promotion.
- 2.4 Cookie duration: Sales generated by clicks on the affiliate links will be tracked for a period of 60 days.

3.1 Commissions will be paid monthly, on the 20th of each month, via bank transfer.

3.2 Minimum payout threshold is $50. If the accumulated commission does not meet this amount, payment will be carried over to the next month when the threshold is exceeded.
- 4.1 Affiliates may promote Motion Designers Academy products and services through any valid method, including websites, blogs, social media, and others, in compliance with applicable legal regulations.
- 4.2 Affiliates may not use spam marketing, misleading advertising, or other techniques that could harm the reputation of the Academy.
- 5.1 The affiliate will respect the confidentiality of all information provided by Motion Designers Academy and will not disclose this information without prior permission.

5.2 The affiliate is granted the right to use Motion Designers Academy logos and promotional materials only for the purpose of promoting the affiliate program.
5.3 The affiliate is not permitted to modify or use promotional materials for purposes other than those specified.
6.1 Motion Designers Academy reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to affiliates at least 10-20 business days before they come into effect.
6.2 Continued participation in the program will constitute acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
7.1 Collaboration can be terminated by either party with 10 business days' notice.
7.2 Motion Designers Academy reserves the right to terminate collaboration with affiliates who do not comply with the program’s terms and conditions.
- 8.1 Motion Designers Academy will not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in the affiliate program, including, but not limited to, financial losses or business interruptions.
- 8.2 Motion Designers Academy does not guarantee a minimum income for affiliates and is not responsible for the individual performance of affiliates.
9.1 These Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of the state of Delaware, USA. Any disputes arising will be resolved in the competent courts of Delaware.
